Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
You can also submit your withdrawal using our electronic cancellation function. If you use this function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any reimbursement fees.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For paid digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins if you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received the legally required confirmation.
Your statutory rights relating to defective digital content remain unaffected.
