Shipping & Payment Information
Shipping destinations
Physical products are currently shipped to addresses in Germany and the European Union. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping costs.
Processing and delivery times
Orders for in-stock physical products are normally prepared for dispatch within 3–4 business days after receipt of payment. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days.
Estimated total delivery time:
- Germany: approximately 5–8 business days;
- European Union: approximately 7–14 business days.
Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, seasonal peaks or delays outside our control. If an order contains products with different delivery times, the longest stated delivery time applies unless separate delivery has been agreed.
Shipping costs within Germany
The applicable shipping rate is calculated from the products in the cart:

Shipping within Germany is free for physical-product orders with a merchandise value of €30.00 or more. Digital products do not count towards shipping weight and are delivered without shipping charges.
Shipping costs to the European Union
For physical orders delivered to another European Union country, a flat shipping charge of €20.49 applies for shipments weighing up to 5 kg.
EU orders are shipped using an appropriate parcel service. The available service and any tracking information will be shown with the dispatch confirmation where applicable.
Packaging and partial deliveries
Prints and paper goods are packed with suitable protective material. We may combine products from one order in a single shipment. Partial deliveries will only be made where reasonable; no additional shipping charge will be imposed for a partial delivery initiated by us.
Digital products
Downloadable products are made available electronically after successful payment, subject to the information shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. No physical item will be shipped for a purely digital product.
Payment
All prices and payments are in euros. Due to the application of the small-business regulation under Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), VAT is not shown separately.
The payment methods currently enabled for an order are displayed during checkout. Depending on technical availability and the customer’s device or location, these may include:
- PayPal;
- credit or debit card through WooPayments;
- eligible express-payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Payment is due when the order is placed. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy information of the payment provider selected at checkout.
