Delivery within Germany
Physical products, including tote bags, are shipped only to delivery addresses in Germany. We do not offer physical delivery outside Germany. Digital downloads remain available worldwide, subject to the payment methods available at checkout.
Shipping costs
The following shipping charges apply to delivery within Germany and include postage and packaging:

For an order containing products from different shipping categories, only the highest applicable shipping charge is charged once for the order. It is not charged per item, and the category charges are not added together. For example, an order containing stickers and a tote bag costs €3.50 to ship; an order that also contains a parcel-category product costs €6.90 to ship. The applicable charge is shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.
We use Deutsche Post for letter-format shipments and DHL Paket for parcel shipments. Letter-format shipments do not include insured parcel delivery or a delivery scan. Any basic letter tracking depends on the postage label used and records processing at mail centres rather than delivery to you. DHL parcel shipments include shipment tracking. Your statutory rights if a shipment is lost or damaged remain unaffected.
Delivery time and dispatch days
The delivery time for in-stock physical products within Germany is 5 business days, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page. This is the total delivery time, including preparation, the wait until dispatch and transport, not an additional processing period followed by another five days in transit.
The delivery period starts on the day after we receive your order. Where advance payment is agreed, it starts on the day after your payment instruction to your payment provider, but not before we receive your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our location. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day takes its place.
We dispatch physical orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on a dispatch day are not guaranteed to leave on that same day. Public holidays are taken into account within the stated delivery period.
If physical products from one order have different stated delivery times, we normally send them together within the longest stated delivery period. Any additional shipment arranged by us will not incur an additional shipping fee.
Digital delivery and mixed orders
Digital products are supplied electronically; no physical item is shipped for a digital product. There are no shipping charges for an order containing only digital products.
Free downloads are made available after checkout has been completed. Paid downloads are made available after successful payment confirmation. Download links are provided in the order information and sent to the email address entered during checkout. Please check the product page for file formats and software compatibility before purchasing.
If your order includes both physical and digital products, the physical items are delivered to your German delivery address at the shipping charge shown at checkout. Digital downloads are supplied separately and electronically as described above. Consent to early supply of digital content does not affect your right of withdrawal for physical goods.
Payment
All prices and payments are in euros. The small-business regulation under Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG) applies; VAT is therefore not shown separately.
No payment is due for products expressly marked as free. The payment methods currently available for paid orders are shown during checkout. Availability may depend on your device, location and the selected payment provider. Payment is due when the order is placed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Returns and withdrawal
Please see our Right of Withdrawal page for the conditions, return information and model withdrawal form. Your statutory rights relating to defective goods and digital products remain unaffected.
For a withdrawal concerning physical goods, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Return address: Linda Wolters, Liltheria, Am Landhaus 46, 59555 Lippstadt, Germany. This does not affect the statutory rules on return expenses for defective goods.
